eGPU Mac mini 2012 [EXP EGC 5.8, GTX 560ti OC, Sonnet Expresscard Pro] - don't work

Hello,

I have a problem with egpu on Mac mini 2012 both with OS X El Capitan and Windows (I've checked 7, 8.1, 10).

The card starts working, fans is working, the blue diode on the adapter is on. Unfortunately the card is invisible to OS X and Windows as well - I've tried many times with different solutions found online. Still the card and PCI were not recognized.

The card is connected with DVI to the monitor, the adapter is connected with expresscard to echo sonnet pro, the monitor with HDMI to the Mac mini (otherwise I wouldn't have any image:)

My full set:

EXP GDC 5.8

Power supply Dell D220P-01 12V 18A

Graphics card Gigabyte 560 ti OC http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3707#ov

Echo Sonnet Pro

Thunderbolt cable

___

Is it possible that it's an issue with the power supply? http://www.hardocp.com/article/2011/07/11/gigabyte_gtx_560_ti_oc_video_card_review/8#.V8r6Wzs-zTg

Or some other problem with Mac mini 2012 for EXP GDC?
