I hardly hit 70°C with a slight OV when playing games... and that's with an old system which was never designed to run with such a card. If you guys get such high temps you really need to think about modifying the heatsink / backplate a bit or using a copper shim in order to improve the pressure on the die.
Out of curiosity, what frequencies are you running?

Looking good here. Running the non-OC vbios at 888/2223 in a P370EM. Temps hover around 70C. Thinking of trying out the 1025v bios to see what I get
Finally got around to trying out two of the OV bios. 1000 and 1025. If I had better cooling I'd probably stick with the 1025 bios. The cool part is with the 1v bios, I only gained 1C of heat over the non-OV bios, but lost 1fps as compared to the 1.025v.

Totally bought into this project. And I'm a kickstarter skeptic so to speak. Been too long without a good space sim.
My guess is Roberts wanted to avoid a publisher in an effort to:
A: control the IP.
B: release it when its done
C: see what he could do without them

I've generally preferred Matte myself. This go around, I got just the regular glossy screen with the P370EM i just ordered because I plan to swap over to a 120Hz panel later. To my surprise, it's not as bad as the glossy screens I've used in the past. Maybe the LED backlighting on this one has something to do with it

I've generally always preferred AMD. But with the advent of steam for linux, I wanted the best support and nVidia pretty much has this in the bag.

Somehow, I get the feeling this will be the "next great rebadge" for nvidia in the spring

Here's to hoping that I can drop a pair of these into my P370EM.
