Is there anyone out there running this on 675mx? I want to get this game but I am worried about the performance on my laptop.
The 675m will be able to play BF4 on High settings at around 50+ FPS. According to notebookcheck.com, the 675m and 765m are very similar (with the 765m being slightly slower). I have an Alienware 14 with the 765m and can play BF4 just fine on high.

If you've done all the things above, then you may want to re-paste the GPU / CPU. The first time that I did a re-paste, I (like you) was a bit freaked out about the potential of breaking my nice laptop. I watched quite a few YouTube videos and read several articles on pasting. After a while, I decided to bite the bullet and try my hand at re-pasting. Honestly, it is not hard. By FAR the most time consuming part was taking the laptop apart and putting it back together again.
Long story short, I would recommend that you re-paste.

I LOVE the Logitech G700 for gaming. It has an almost "sandpaper" type of grip around the edges so that you can get a great grip. My only gripe with the mouse is the really short battery life. If I'm gaming, it will maybe only last 3-4 hours max. Thankfully, the charging cord is just a micro USB so you can plug it in while playing if needed. Just my 2 cents!

I flashed the modified 5870 vBios and the fans are like normal but still have the overclocking option in CCC. I would recommend that! On a side note, I'm not sure if this is driver related or not, but ever since I flashed the modified vBios, my VGA out won't detect external monitors?? Weird.....

yes they are the same Bios (at least it worked on my m17x r2).

I really enjoy my Corsair k90. I got it from a local ad for only $50 brand new in box! I figured that I couldn't beat that price so snagged it. It's looking like they no longer make the keyboard though. The replacement is the Corsair k95 which looks amazing! I really enjoy the MX Red switches and will never go back to a traditional non-mechanical keyboard.
