I think I finally got the correct dump, I read a couple of times and got identical files. I cleaned the chip again and ran the software as an administrator I send it to you the last time and  won´t bother anymore.  I hope it works and thank you very much for you patience.

If you will meet with some problems with read bios dump from your bios chip, then try to use different software version.
