Extract it directly on Desktop.

Format any USB flash drive into FAT32, then put the folder EFI to the your already formatted USB flash drive. 
It should create a folder structure like this:

F:\EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI

 

Go in bios setup menu, search and disable "Secure Boot" option.

Then plug created USB flash drive into laptop and try to boot laptop from USB flash drive.

If you did all things correct, then you should see a message saying something like:
