I had to up the voltage and adjust gpu/memory speeds to get results closer to what I had before flashing bios. Question, is it typical for OC settings to vary based on the vbios?

Hey mates, I purchased an Oculus CV1 when it first came out but am thinking about getting a Valve Index when it becomes available again.  Thoughts from anyone that has it?  Thanks.

Technology improvements every year mate result in better hardware performance.

Computer architecture of my I7-8700k @ stock speed of 3.7 GHz makes it light years better than my OC FX-8350 @ 4.8 GHz.
