have bought a new card for my laptop on ebay because the old one is "brocken"

these is the new one :

Nvidia GeForce GTX 880M 8GB DDR5 MXM 3.0 Type B for MSI Clevo #303019526970

the seller told me that i must modify the driver inf.

 

but i dont realy understand enough what i have to do

i downloadet a driver

from www.msi.com/laptop/gt72-2pe

 

it shows not the new card only the onboard
