DSDDT OVERRIDE

Hello guys , i have a problem with my EGPU setup , it's been 2 straight days since i'm trying to find a solution and i'm very frustrated. I keep getting the error 12 i kept searching and found out that the solution was to override te DSDDT . I followed a guide but i'm stuck in compiling the file because i keep getting errors and i have 0 knowledge on coding .I'm gonna add the file here and any help would be very much appreciated , my laptop specs :
Dell latitude E6420 i5-2520M CPU@ 2.5 GHZ
8 GB Ram
Intel hd graphics 3000
egpu : gtx 750ti
