Why  we cant change voltages on laptop gpu maxwell bios tweaker change voltage but ıt only on graphic it doesnt change or effect gpu ıt stıll same voltage on nvdia ınspector

Ram speed on xmp profile does effect the games or if it effect how much performance  gain for mhz is it worth the price for 4266m mhz ram.

rtx 2080 ti when down the price 999$ and is it worth the price ?

I think  to buy  a new rtx gpu but ı plug ıt to my laptop by pcı express  but i7 6700Hq enough for thıs gpu and performence of the  gpu drop by pcı e slot for laptops?

My laptop doesn't display when I turn discrete mode it work only on mshybrit mode.I plug hdmı cable to pc it display to tv.Gpu z program show no uefi support on 970m(6gb) but  ıt show on intel hd  630 there is no problem about screen ıt justy problen on vbios ı thınk ı cant fınd on ınternet stock gpu vbios  can anybody help for it or to fix this promblem?
