hi everyoane I have a Toshiba satellite L750 1ku and I changed the processor with a i7 2860qm but the processor only goes on 2.5 ghz and not the maxim at 3.6ghz and the turbo boost  at processor doesnt go high  at 3.6ghz ,when I play a video who requers much speed it goes 2.5ghz ,I activate in bios menu some stuf about turbo boost but the same,only gets some boost 3.5ghz for a few seconds when the processor is not used at maxim,and the intel extream tuning when its test the cpu its shows 100% cpu loading and 10w TDP , its not normaly cpu has 45w what could be?thank you
