  1. thx guys foir good job, it is working just fine :) i have just one problem, for thermal setup. I can control from bios a thermal condition for CPU but not for GPU... any idea except using hwinfo64? this way im using currently, but should be nice to control it directly from bios.

  2. Hello, i have 8970M(R9 M290X) and try use it for upgrade from  6990M in my M17X R4. Physically is match everything well even with heatsink from 6990M. At first was necessary reflash vbios to dell stock. But as you are writing - problem is with fan control (speed up too late and it isn't able to keep speed and cooling, but switch off soon), just it is not like fan does not work, but does not work well. Probably will be necessary unlock a bios and change a setup + replace stock fan for different model with other blades. here is that idea:

    If i can suggest take a 7970M. If ill know all of this issues before ill choose it as well.

  3. Hello guys, because im a new one here now, Im not able to download this files here, and therefore i would like to ask you. In this unlocked bios i am able to switch off integrated intel GPU and use just discrete gpu? When it will be possible and im reach a lvl for downloading ill try it personally. Thx a lot for all reply.
