Hi I have the Latest bios installed V3.03 i have uploaded the bios to google drive

i have backed up the bios with Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0 

can you also please tell me how to flash the bios back on to the system please

its Lenovo Y50-70 Nvidia 860m 4gb
