Edit : not to sound like i didnt searched for it most of the guide topics are pretty old, but to apply the unlocked vbios all i have to do is flash it with nvflash and then use afterburner or precision X to overclock the card Right ?
 

Yes and just googled "Easy NVFlash Guide with Pictures for GTX 970/980" they tell everything for Nvflash
