so I bought this laptop used, and the nvidea card is not detected in the bios, I've tried 4 different dell bios' but still cant detect it.

in the preboot self diag I get 0 errors

 

any help would be appreciated

I have the m17xr4 and had a whole slew of issues with my audio card. It would show that it was connected them sometimes it wouldn't. Turns out after opening it up my sound card was loose it wasn't driver related at all. So you may want to open it and see that everything is seated properly.
