Hi @niket7, I think there are two things you should check.
1. Have you made a short circuit of the ATX power supply? If you did so, the fan of the ATX power supply should work correctly.
2. Check whether your Akitio's PCIE slot is broken. I faced the same problem as you do when I got my Akitio box. I put my GTX 1070 on another PC where it worked correctly and then I found that one stitch of the PCIE slot is broken. So I asked for a change of a new motherboard from the seller. Now it works correctly.
