Dell Inspiron Help
in DIY e-GPU Projects

Update on issues
I am using a Dell Inspiron 15r-5537, trying to hook up a mpcie-pcie adapter for an egpu setup.
Components
Geforce GTX 950
Thermaltake tr2 430w PSU
PE4C-PM060A v3.0 mPCIe adapter
HDMI cord run to TV as external display
I get everything hooked up properly (as far as I am aware), and when I boot up the laptop, it has complete black screen and beeps like a sonar every few seconds.
If I have the eGPU disconnected, It will boot, and I can USB boot the setup 1.3. (I have to boot from usb because of GPT disk setup which I'm unable to convert unless someone can help me with doing that for free). But then once it gets into the detecting phase, I plug in my eGPU and it won't detect the device.
How exactly do I resolve this? I had someone tell me it sounds like a uefi problem but I don't know how to resolve it. Can anyone help me out with this?
