Hello, @goalque
I ran your beautiful script, thank you! But I'm getting the no eGPU detected error.
I have a Titan Black in a Sonnet Express II with an Corsair external power supply on a MacBook Pro. Reading the earlier comments you said this is usually a power supply issue, but I don't know how to confirm if the external power supply is providing power to the Titan. Is there an easy way to check?
Thanks!

@MVC What NVIDA drivers are you using for your Titan Black Cards?
I've followed the instructions posted here
And my setup is the following, but I can't get the eGPU recognized...any guidance would be appreciated.
- MacBook Pro Late 2011
- OS X 10.10.5 (14F1605)
- Processor: 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7
- Memory: 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
- Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB
- Echo Express lll-D
- Corsair CX Series, CX600M, 600 Watt (600W), Semi Modular Power Supply, 80+ Bronze Certified
- NVIDIA Web Driver: 346.02.03f05
-
CUDA Driver Version: 7.5.25 -- but it says no GPU Driver Version is found.
I've tried the after installing, but I've had no luck.
Quotesudo kextcache -system-caches
One thing I suspect is that my install of 10.10.5 is not fresh and I may need to do the entire process after re-installing, but the key thing I'd like to confirm is the NVIDA web drivers support the Titan Black card even though their site doesn't state that fact.
Cheers,

No, I haven't tried! Is there a link to the paper clip trick?
Also, the sonnet power supply is only Universal 300W, 115-230V AC, 50-60 Hz...and I think my Titan Card requires 600W. But, the Geforce light turns on when I plug in the thunderbolt to my computer...
