  1. My i5-3320m arrived yesterday and i replaced the i7.

So I can comfirm that the memory controller inside i7-3632qm can't handle the 2133MHz RAM.

i5-3320m booted with my 2133MHz RAM just fine and it is working fine.

I use this notebook very rare and the hardest task is Diablo III.

So, what do you think guys - which combo should I choose i7-3632qm+1600 RAM or i5-3320m+2133 RAM?

    I think I answered myself. :)

I'm not even able to enter in BIOS. After I press power button - black screen only.

And two blinking buttons - Shift and the first button after F12.

The RAM modules are OK, they are now working in my NAS at 1600MHz - the motherboard only support up to that speed.

Maybe some settings needs to be enabled in BIOS? But I can't find anything related to RAM speed...

My processor is i7-3632QM. RAM kit is 2x4GB, not 2x8GB.

I just checked my BIOS version - F.34.

    Maybe it is too old?

Any ( specific for 2570p ) risks when updating to the latest BIOS?

    I'll check motherboard number tonight.

Well, the first 2 digits are hard to read ( they are both 6 or 8 ) so if I use your SN for reference, mine has to be 685404-001.

define "won't boot" ? Does it power-on with it? Can you run memtest? Cause it sounds like faulty RAM to me.

  4. To be competely honest I don't remember what was the card when the notebook came.

I was experimenting with Hackintosh and I bought this card from ebay -  AzureWave Broadcom BCM94352HMB 802.11ac.

It was listed as supported by Apple, and I also recently upgraded my home router.

Both windows 7 and 10 works great with this network card and thanks to the AC speeds I'm able to watch 1080 movies from my PC over wifi.

BUT, I didn't updated my BIOS on purpose - I'm not sure if this card is going to work with the latest BIOS.

I think there are no wifi blacklist with the current F.34 BIOS on my notebook.

So, just buy another network card and try.

    Cheers
