Can a gtx 760 or 680 as e-gpu with a dell xps l502x give the same performance as it would give on desktop pc,with very negligible performance loss or no performance loss?

I have seen on banggood.com my laptop tested with egpu gtx480 using exp gdc with 1or2 fps difference between gtx 480 on desktop and egpu, but I don't know if its true for gtx 760 or 680.

Can anyone tell if gtx 760/680 can give the almost exact same performance with my laptop as it would give on a desktop?
