not entirely sure if this will be any help to anyone, but here are the major menus from Baked's BIOS on my P670HP6-G.
Main Menu
Advanced Part 1
Advanced Part 2
Advanced -> Advanced Chipset Part 1 Note: Built-In Shell Support Enabled/Disabled is not shown in these images
Advanced -> Advanced Chipset Part 2
Advanced -> Overclocking
Advanced -> Overclocking -> CPU
Advanced -> Overclocking -> Memory
Thanks, although I don't see VCCSA there is definitely some interesting options.

Is it possible to set VCCSA in this bios?

Even now I don't think 4k is worth it unless you have money to blow. The difference between 1080p and 4K is definitely noticeable, but the price difference doesn't justify it IMO.
Yeah, price is still high but when you switch to 4K you will never want to look back at 1080p ... it's so blurry :))

In most casses papertowel should work but it doesn't clean grease completely.
IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) is best for this.

Nice, hope I get verified by then to download it

Hmm.. I just flashed this on P650RS-G and I don't even see "Offset prefix" in processor voltage settings.
I wanted to set undervolt in bios so I don't need to always run Throttlestop.
Looks like this option is available only in Kaby Lake laptops then or am I missing something?
