I've forgot to mention that I've upgraded my bios to official 3.07 from Lenovo site, and just after that my laptop went mad - usb 3.0 went to usb 2.0 (i did totaly everythig to fix it, but no result), the computer started to run unstable... well, weird stuff is going on. Do somebody had any of described problems after updating bios to the latest official?
Help me, guys, please!
Downgrade your bios to previous version. If all else fails, check keyboard flexible cable.

I used MX-4 and MX-2 to repaste my lenovo y510p and didn't notice any thermal difference, except price. And both of them working under load, in idle state you may see results like an original paste.

For dust removal why you guys don't use the function in the "Energy Management" tool? too simple or you don't have it?

Dust removal - it's a DUST removal, not a cooling function. If you want to use this function like a cooling function, you have to use IdeaFan software.
If you don't want to use any additional soft, you have to use only physical modding.

Will I be able to follow the steps on page one if I have the latest BIOS? (v3.08)
You have to downgrade your bios 3.08 to version 2.07 - Step 3 from manual.

I didn't. But I think it's compatible. You can try.

Working fine, and better with cooling pad.
-10C for GPU if you raised laptop over the table. Without raising GPU warms slowly.
