I just bought a u2 plus notebook cooler with the moveable fans.. Seems to make a difference.. Went from getting 92C in furmark at 720p benchamrk to 85 ish. I have the fans placed slightly towards the left side of the laptop under the vents.If anyone took the time to figure the optimal place to put em please share.

Hey Im a bit of a noob when it comes to cards. I was wondering if you could tell me my best option out of the available cards you have listed would be. I want something that could handle 5ghz as well as 2.4. As far as im concerned nothing can suck as much as the intel 2230. I am entirely comfortable with the physical process of changing parts, but i don't want to risk a bricking. Are any of the cards on the white list going to be a major improvement or should i just wait, till out of warranty and mod the bios.

The laptop is very quick but it has some major drawback.. Heat dissipation is not adequate and you can not control the fan. I have problems with the optimus tech playing games unless they can be optimized and launched from the nvidia launcher. The wifi card is pathetically bad and has a white list issue if you want to upgrade.. Other than that its excellent.

Im having similar problems with a lenovo y510p and the same processor.. even when elevated or placed in a cooling pad its going up to 95 with moderate stress.

Wow never grabbed me for long, But i really liked the old Diablos style of play. anyone have any suggestions.
