  1. My custom fan profile is; starts at 55C and stops at 45C which is working fine, but the fan speed slider is not doing anything, because it always goes full blast for 2 minutes, even though I set fan speed to 50% and not 80%. I would like the fan to blow softly for 3-4 minutes instead of full blast. This because I use my notebook at work, kind of embarrassing sitting in a meeting and the fan kicks in.

interesting. can you provide me a link to the x.82 CCC? i will try the xtu thing. byby undervolting i guess :/

No, the good thing is that the undervolt will stay if you have enabled it before. When CCC starts it can not determine whether the undervolt is OC or UV, so it takes the safe route and always enable the OC fan profile in CCC. But with XTU-service gone it will stay with the selected fan profile even after reboot.

    Hey guys,

i have a few probs with my new  P670RS-G.

    win 10 anny

    newest nvidia driver

    gtx 1070

    i7 6700hq

i cant get the custom fan profile working. i tried CCC version x.72 (shipped version), x.58 (from clevo download) and x.39 (from my old P706 XMG)

the fan cooler is doing what he wants, he start at 50-51° with full speed and stops at 47°, no matter which custom setting i try.

on top of that the x.72 version does not recognize my fan settings after a reboot. realy frustrating. i did several clean windows installations with different driver setups, it just dont work.

discrete or hybrid modus have both this problem.

    bios and ec is 1.05.01.

if you need an further infos, ls let me know, any! tips are welcome.

is hat a known, comon issue? google doesnt help here :/

problem nr. 2: my audio driver setup is looping a deinstallation routine, deinstall, reboot, deinstall, reboot infinite. i tried to uninstall the audio driver manually but it doesnt work.

aaand, is there a way to disable the oem bootlogo with uefi boot enabled? or can i change the logo somehow? do i need uefi boot? guess i do?

Sager has a later CCC x.81 that solved a lot of problems on my P751DM2. When it comes to the not recognize fan settings, I just removed XTU-Services.exe that CCC installs with Autoruns and problem solved.

  4. In OP, with fancy new option to disable GPU-OC (LOL)...probably Clevo's last official P1xxSM-A BIOS as this is now EOL...

Ahh so that was the meaning of "2. Add NV GPS control." in change log. I saw the new option in BIOS saying something about scaling option, thought it was for better scaling for Hi res screens... Thank you for your knowledge...

  5. Oh no, I'm in Beirut until the 16th, and I did not bring my P150SM-A with me. Well I send the Aida64 dump later this month if you still need it!

I did buy the license for Thaiphoon Burner, but I have to renew the license every now and then, maybe I do not have to do that anymore if this feature will be available in the bios mod.

  6. Guys, please sign this petition right here to re-enable overclocking on mobile Nvidia GPUs, otherwise this crap with the 347.xx drivers will continue!

    https://www.change.org/p/nvidia-re-...geforce-equipped-notebooks?recruiter=20925400

it would also be great if you could follow up on this link and take part in MySn´s survey concerning GPU overclocking in notebooks:

    https://de.surveymonkey.com/s/SXRL6SQ

This could really make a difference if vendors like MySn lean on Clevo to in turn put pressure on Nvidia for unlocking overclockability again!

    Done!

  7. Prema, I need your expert help! I tried to undervolt my i7-4710 with Intel XTU, I only tried -50mV and the computer locked down, and would not restart. It turns on for a few seconds, keyboard lights is on as well and then it shuts down. I removed the CMOS battery for 5 minutes still no luck. So I tried the Bios recovery with stock bios for P150SM-A from this site and it started up the bios recovery screen, I flashed it. After that it will start up but no screen and it will shut down after 40 seconds. Now I cannot do the bios recovery anymore. Any input before I call support...

  8. Hi Prema! I got my P150SM-A from mysn.se yesterday, and flashed it with your bios. It's working great. Also I found on hardwareluxx.de a new video bios from Svogt for the 880m, I installed that as well. It will work fine until svl7 releases his unlocked vbios. Keep up the good work.
