I moddet(again after repair) the BIOS  and now asks me the password ). I tried: admin,000,1234,Lenovo. I never had the bios password.

Update : I made update to 3.08 and the password is still there. The password is stored in EEPROM? 

Update 2: I solved the password was number 1. I do not know where that came.

It is stock v3.05 firmware with no mods? I managed to make brick, and I want to rewrite the original version.

I screwed up. I changed a setting in the BIOS to the graphics card and now there is nothing on the screen.I removed the CMOS battery but has NOT reset BIOS. It has a jumper or something? I copy a stock bios file(from Lenovo website,i use 7zip to extract) on a flash drive (named Yx01.bin). I made the flash drive with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool. I holding down fn+r then plugging in the power adapter and finally pressing the power button(1 second) while still holding down the fn+r keys.Nothing happens . I just changed in the BIOS restart delay(video) from 100ms to 300ms.I'm doing wrong? How upgraded to the factory? Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the response. I know that if 1.5V is not working. But on 1600MHz frequency needs 1,35V. Look on site Welcome to KINGMAX - Based on that I bought.

I can change the RAM voltage in the BIOS? I think I did something stupid and bought DDR3 instead DDR3L. I bought two pieces Welcome to KINGMAX -, from what I saw at 1600MHz voltage is 1,35v. I think maybe it is a mistake on the site. The problem is that I get blue screen when i put 2x8GB memory. I checked with memtest and there were no errors, so voltage remains.

Hello, I have a problem with RAM memories. I bought 2 RAM http://www.kingmax.com/en-global/product/product/M<wbr>odel/DDR3_Laptop_Memory_Module_Series problem is that after a while gives blue screen and do not know if the memory in dual channel compatible. I checked with memtest and there were no errors. I purchased separately because I did not found a 16GB kit.
