Hey kayacan, did you manage to solve it? I also have this issue with my P4E board but I'm at PCI-E 1x + AMD R7 370. It runs fine for CS:GO but not for ETS2.

Do you have a link to an eguide on the best method to setup internal LCD without optimus ? I can't seem to get your instructions with ultramon to work well.

Whenever I switch back to native, the window gets resized and the image is skewed. I could tell the egpu is running because its temperature is increasing. However, once I try to resize the window, it reverts back to the original nvidia GPU. Thanks.
