Change itinerance aggressiveness in wifi card options (via device manager) and see if that helps
-
I had this issue with windows 8.1. I clean installed it again, and follow this driver install order:
- chipset
- ime
- wifi
- intel graphics (with ultrabay out, enable on bios uma only)
- nvidia graphics (after succesful install of intel vga, reinsert ultrabay and activate the option on bios)
- audio
- lan
-card reader
- camera
- touchpad
- bluetooth
- acpi
After that, my PC boots in like 8 seconds and everything goes smooth (other than the fact that intel wifi SUCKS DONKEY ASS and only get 12mb out of my 100mb connection).

its only the wifi card (some fcc issue).
I succesfully replaced my ssd (with a m2 128gb) and ram (used to be 8, now i have 16gb) and ditched the hdd and swapped it with a 480gb samsung ssd).

well, youre lucky, i can only get 6 with my 100mb connection on a 7260n with lastest drivers. My 7 year old dell inspiron gets 54 without a glitch
