MSI GX70 CPU Overclocking - Possible?

i really doubt it, i own a GX70 3CC.
im playing neverwinter and graphic setting allow me to choose Amd Radeon Hd8650g(built in) but not my Radeon R9 M290X(stand alone) why?? Or they are actually the same?
