Does anyone know if Lenovo are planning an update to the current 3.07 UEFI BIOS?

I have the same issue, bought a Y510P, it came with V3.05 Bios Stock. I have a Dual Band 7260 but it won't accept the card without flashing or downgrading it down to v2.07 and then running the fixes on this forum. I'm not sure what to do either.

I believe that the Secure Boot option is only available when in UEFI mode

That is correct. If you select legacy mode the option is not visible.

I have the same problem and want a better Wifi card. Cant wait untill it arrives! I also ordered a M.2 SSD 128GB to put in my M.2 slot on the motherboard.

I'm hoping I'll be able to use this fix to get my sound back on my device. Ever since upgrading to Windows 8.1 I've had no sound devices attached...!
