Replacement Front Panel

Hello,
I had to sell my PC as I'm moving into a small place so my Dad has kindly given me his M14xR1.
Problem is, there is quite a big scratch on the left side of the plastic front panel (not the actual LCD screen) and Google is only directing me to US eBay for replacements.
Does anyone know a good place to get a replacement or a good way to cover up the scratch?
