I'm using Sennheiser PC350's, used for gaming and music. The built in mic is good enough for recording. Little to none sound leak. If you are into music you could consider running a DAC through your computer to bypass your soundcard. I'm using a Fiio E17 to drive my senns!

I use a messenger bag with padded cushions to support my laptop. When I'm carrying more things, I opt for a backpack.(Targus). Dropped the bag several times by accident when I was using my old laptop, and it never gave me any problems!

Download the appropriate drivers from that website as KraZy_SkitZy provided. Lenovo doesn't offer any driver support for that adapter.

I'm in the same situation!
I have a y410p, and I'm planning on replacing it with the AC7260 from Intel. The only issue we have is that Lenovo has a whitelist of supported cards in the BIOS. That leaves you with two choices: Flash the stock BIOS with a modded version and swap out the cards, or buy a USB Wireless adapter. 
. Personally I'm going to flash because I could use the extra ports on the computer

Just joined the forum! Hi everyone! I have a y410p with the dreaded N2230. I'm planning on buying the AC 7260. I've done many cpu builds before, but I do not have much experience in flashing BIOS. Does anyone recommend a thread or walkthrough?

Hi everyone!
I'm preparing to install my new Intel 7260AC into my Lenovo Y410p.
I have the card and tools necessary to do the physical swap.
Just hoping someone is able to give a quick rundown on how to flash my BIOS! ( I have lots of experience with hardware, not software
)
I'm running v1.07.
If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it!
