  1. More details would be useful - what kind of drive is "Disk 0"? Check disk manager (diskmgmt.msc) - is it a cache SSD, larger SSD, hard drive?

    Googling the error with "logical block address 0" in particular shows that a few others with Lenovo's have had this issue and resolved it by doing a factory software reset - have you tried that yet?

    how do I reset it? I think its the ssd.
