The problem is, i am running 1.13 and it is still capped at +135mhz overclock. the memory however, I was able to overclock by 800mhz and still be fully stable

it because need to use recovery mode(insyde bios usb flash mode) and cut from bios the header and footer section you can share the moded already moded bios and I can prepare it for you or if you provide original bios can take alook and try to unlock it
