Hi guys i came across this mod (LCD/LED Controller), http://www.ebay.com/itm/M-NT68676-2A-HDMI-DVI-VGA-Audio-LCD-LED-Screen-Controller-Board-Diy-Monitor-Kit-/110977522562?pt=US_Server_Boards&hash=item19d6c69b82
Display output would be directly connected from eGPU to the modified laptop monitor with this,
Would the result be the same as running eGPU with an External Monitor which offer a higher framerate?
Edit:
If it produce the same result then mounting the monitor back to the laptop with the circuit boards behind it just like one of the pics would be fine i guess.

Hey i got a similar question.
I'm most probably be running my set up with an i7 2630qm,
And with my Gtx560ti through mPcie slot and Optimus on an Internal Screen.
Would there be a huge difference if im running it with Gtx680?
Would my processor bottlenecking it?
Or in short, whats the best Nvidia eGPU to pair up with this processor?

Wow Great! So its plug & play for this laptop then. Thankyou Khenglish. You guys are Awesome!

Hey Matrix I have the same Asus laptop
If im correct laptop model is X53c and motherboard model K53sv?
If yes then we have the same
I have 8gb of ram in it, originally o ly 4.
Didnt have any problem and eGPU is working on internal display without installing optimus drivers, it worked after installing the software from Nando.
Yes! Finally someone with the same laptop as mine.
And yes mine is indeed model K53SV. But it didnt show any X53c,
I'm still waiting for my PE4L adaptor. It should be here somewhere around next week. I cant wait!
Had my Gtx560 ti and 500w Power Supply from my old dual core desktop ready.
You could run it on Internal Display without Optimus Drivers?
Would it be better with Optimus compression? Just wondering.
And Kenglish checked my TOLUD and it show that i dont have to run the software.
Does yours work without the software?

O i get it. I think i've highlighted the wrong range.
As advised by Arise, i should look further down the tree which i agreed.
And Kenglish based it on another range further down and that is [00000000BFA00000 - 00000000FEAFFFFF]
So i guess its correct then. Its plug and play.
Man you people are Amazing! I could never ever figure it out.
Thankyou very much for all your kind reply guys. Love ya all!
P.S. I'm fine if i gotta run Setup 1.x or a DSDT Overide but im clumsy, i tend to make stupid mistakes

Hiya angerthosenear, Thankyou for the quick reply.
But could you help me check my TOLUD to see if its possible to run eGpu with my system without memory allocations?
Cause the process to allocate memory is kinda confuse me. Unless its an auto run software
Here is the screenshot of my Device Manager.

Hi guys, i wonder if anyone having error 12 for Asus K53SV?
I'll be using the PE4L-EC060A adaptor for the set up.
But do i have to run Setup 1.1 first for this particular notebook?
I did saw someone using this exact notebook for eGPU in one of these threads, but i cant recall his forum name to ask

Awesome! I knew it would work. I've seen a vid on YouTube where this guy completely dismantle his laptop screen and hook up an eGPU directly to it.
He did not even fixed back the modded screen to his laptop.
And 13" to 17" would take loads of the laptop frame modifications i guess which i have no idea how to do it.
But the end result would be fantastic!
