  1. Hi Everyone,

I'm in a bit of a bind, I just reinstalled Windows 10 on my desktop on my NVMe SSD's (That are in Raid 0). Afterwards I can't find any of my other drives. They do not appear in disk manager either.

The PC Part Picker is all of the items in my current setup, but I think the relevant parts are the MotherBoard and Storage.

If you guys can help me out that'd be awesome.

  2. Have you noticed major improvements with the new card? I picked it up without realizing I needed to flash the bios so now while I see if I can get that done, I'm wondering if it's worth it to flash the bios or just return the card. I've been fairly disappointed in the wireless performance of the laptop (Although everything else has been fantastic with the laptop) but I'm not sure if it's a Windows 8/8.1 issue and nothing to do with the current adapter.

It is not a Windows 8 issue. First thing I did when I got this laptop was reformat the HDD and install a clean Windows 7 Professional. I still had the wireless issue. That is until I recently upgraded to the 7260ac.

  3. Alright, well I just replaced my card about 10 minutes ago. I put everything in and the drivers installed correctly, but I couldn't connect to anything. I restarted my laptop and everything is working fine now, I guess the driver installation requires a reboot aswell.

Now I need to purchase an AC router.

  4. I have no idea. I just used a program that contains every wireless card drivers in. I am outside so I cant even check the name. But why? Do you think I have to change or upgrade the driver?

Canada Computers | Networking | Intel AC1200 (7260HMW) 7260.HMWWB 802.11ac, dual band 2x2, Bluetooth 4.0, PCIe Half Mini Card, USB, HMC Brown Box

Is this the intel ac7260? Why does it say ac1200?? Anyone know?

Yes, that is the 7260 card, but I don't know why it says ac1200. I originally had weird issues with my driver from Proset, and then I went on Intel's site Intel® Driver Update Utility , and find a new driver. It fixed up some of the 2230's issues but I'm still planning on replacing the card.
