  1. If you play competitive , either tune down your settings to gain higher frames ( Use MSI afterburner to both monitor ingame frames, temps, usage and overclocks of your graphics card )

    OR

Buy a single stronger graphics card able to push the frames ( i'd recommend you getting a 120Hz capable screen since i noticed a MASSIVE difference in BF3 online compared to using my old 60Hz screen )

  2. Most of the time i leave my Vsync off, however for all those older games i'll turn it on via nvidia control panel. Anything around 200, higher frames per second ingame should most definitely be pinned down to something more reasonable.

It draws more power and raises temps when you disable vsync ( I personally capped mt bf 3 at 140 with vsync off ) since your GPU will be running Max out most if not all the time.

  3. Switched from Nvidia Driver 320.49 to 327.23.

Whats working now that didn't quite work well was Metro LL benchmark. When i ran it @1080 res Max everything it would throttle my core towards the end of the benchmark. And it shouldn't throttle at all.

And no problems so far with BF3 yet, being one of the main games i play.

I can safely recommend these drivers for GTX780 Owners.
