It's a different laptop but it has the same recovery method as the y510p. Instead of using QIWY3207.ROM (BIOS for Y580), use your own backup bios and follow step 2.3.

Anyway, I'm looking for the the stock bios v1.07 / v1.09 / v1.10 for y510p with 750m gpu. I want to downgrade from 3.05 but Lenovo removed older version from their site so if anyone can send it/ post it for me. Thanks

there's only sc2 where do you find sc1

sc2 seem like the later version so just go with that one

Nope pretty sure that's not possible since ultrabay for 510p only have a SATA slot that can only read data and power fan.

I have same the same thing. If I switch between sli state the screen will always flicker a bit. After that it's everything is fine though

That SSD was meant to be use as a cache drive kind of like one of those ssd+hdd hybrid drive. Try download and install expresscache

I have the same thing as you and it seem like only expresscache can recognize the mSSD.

I confirmed that it works.
