It has become pretty hard to Mod recent AMD BIOS, due to checksums. You can try to mod is by editing it with a hex editor (it’s pretty risky) or try a software like afterburner.

Well, overclocking your Card will rise your FPS, but don't expect much. Other options:
-Try SLI
-Upgrade (prefered)
-Lower your Settings

Awsome work. Testet one of the older versions on my "old" card. Now I have a "new" one which needs a 3A BIOS, lets see how it works.

It seems that I could not get it to show up in a recorded video while the problem was happening which makes even less sense to me. Why does it show up on the screen and not the video.

agreed. If 770 in SLI, then the 4 GB Version (in SLI the VRAM does not sum up). So 2 GB ist much to less for two 770. And if you are ready to spend so much money, think about GTX 780s. A lot faster and have have better OC potential. (As already mentioned GTX 770 are 680 with a bit more clock)

It depends on what you prefer:
For gaming I would prefer the larger screen. Power is nothing if you can’t see it
If you often carry it with you: the smaller one. It’s more portable.
I own a 13” a 15” and a 17” Laptop and my favorite is the 15 “one. The perfect mix of portability an power.
