The same thing happened to me with 2033, which is why I'm hesitant to buy it until it goes on sale.

Nice. I just got my 17 today. Not the biggest fan of the TrueLife display, as it's more reflective than I was led to believe, but other than that, it's a killer machine. Much less keyboard flex than previous gens. Touchpad is still pretty mediocre coming from an MB Pro, but I'll be using an external mouse 99% of the time anyways.

Senn for sure. Sony's stuff is okay in my experience, but not built the best. Razer's headphones aren't very balanced sounding, and I've personally never had anything from them that lasted long enough to justify its price. I've got several pairs of Senn headphone monitors and they last forever. I'd also look into Audio Technica. I've got a pair of M50s that I picked up relatively cheap that are great.

I am probably going to buy a Gigabyte 780 with the stock cooler this summer!
