I too am having issues with Clevo, Bisoncam and Windows 8.
Have you tried installing "Camera drivers for Windows 7." at CLEVO - Download
I installed the Win7 camera drivers on my Win8 machine P150em - and it gave me a bit more functionality.
However my machine detects and finds the camera (with no adjustable settings). So it is not quite the same issue.

I cannot find a driver/software that will allow the low light compensation tick-box for the Bisoncam NB PRO on my Clevo P150em.
USB\VID_5986&PID_0361&REV_0609&MI_00
I installed the camera software for windows 7 and that gave me some sliders back.
But lost are all the auto settings - Gain - Backlight Comp - and Every Camera Control feature.
Without the low light compensation switching between the the Logitech c920 and Bisoncam is horrible.

Has anybody found quieter fans, then stock?

I just noticed in V2 of the P150em BIOS states
"(fixed: HDMI Audio, ext. Dispaly detection, brightness control)"
Does that fix the issue of the HDMI display going black BUT the back-light staying lit -- as if the display does not know to go into power save mode?
REASON I ASK
I have two displays attached - 1 DVI and 1 HDMI and the HDMI display never fully powers off??
I thought since I bought refurbs on ebay (fairly cheap) it was a display issue.
---- Thanks ----

Need to brush up on your bezel replacement?
The video resolution is bad, but it is good enough to see what you need to do.
