Hi all,

Just got my egpu setup, hp 8470p + gtx670 + pe4l 2.1b. Everything seems to run fine, except I'm not sure if I'm getting full x1.2opt. Sometimes gpu-z shows x1 @ 1.1, and other times it's at x1 2.0. Is this some kind of power management feature or is something wrong?

Try calling your credit card company and ask for a chargeback.

I had the same issue with HIT a while back when I ordered my PE4L and it was defective...

I sent them multiple emails saying I wanted to RMA it for a new one....nothing happened until I filed a paypal dispute.

Pretty sure that company is way understaffed or just doesn't give a damn.

Granted I did eventually get a working PE4L, but it shouldn't take that much time...

Interesting, tbh the only reason I ordered from them was for the free setup 1.x. Did you eventually get in contact with them for a working PE4L, or get a refund and order somewhere else? If so, how long did your refund take?

I really don't want to be rude, but how are you going to cancel your order when they doesn't answer?

I filed a paypal dispute with them yesterday, and oddly enough as soon as I did that I received an email from harmonic inversion saying my order had been changed from "pending" to "cancelled" :\. Guess I'll have to wait for my refund now and order elsewhere (is mfactors legit?)

I stand by them to say that they are neither of those, but as of late (since March) they haven't responded to any of my forms of communication to them. I am not sure what's going on with them, so I just gave up.

It could just be that there's something going on within the company that they are focusing on first.

Yeah I don't think they are out to scam people, but I will cancel my order soon and order elsewhere as there seems to be other things they are focused on.

There's some comms issue for sure. I'm not getting anything back about Setup 1.x distribution. If anybody else is reading this and are in the US, can they investigate what's happening by calling them up?

I ordered a PE4L from harmonic inversion a few days ago and payment has since cleared, though still no updates of when they will ship it out (status is still "pending"). Anyone have experience with harmonic inversions shipping times?
