Clevo P377SM-A Fan control problem

Recommended Posts

Hi everybody!

I have a little problem with my clevo p377sm-a. I decided to upgrade my 880m to 980m and after i swiped the cards everything works good except for my fan. Temperature is growing up to 87 degrees and fan only works like it is 50 and doesn't go any higher. I have been trying to find a solution for it everywhere but no luck so far. Maybe you will have some ideas how to help me.

I tried different drivers and few bios versions and nothing really helps. From what I know temperatures on this Clevo model are usually between 73-78 degrees with stock Bios.

If anybody have any ideas How to help me it would be fantastic.

Best regards.

I don't quite understand. The fan duty is only 50%? And you would like that the fan duty is higher when the temperature is rising? You can manually modify the fan duty with the latest hotkey (this requires the latest BIOS and EC version).

Do you have 1x 980M or 980M SLI and are they clevo version?

Which BIOS and EC is installed?
