Do I need external cooling?

After overclocking my GPU temps seem to keep hitting 90 degrees Celsius, any way to lower this temp? Do I need an external cooling device?

Perhaps. What this a laptop? specs?
90c is a dangerous for a GPU chip (BGA solder etc), it is optimal ~70-75 or lower. Change thermal paste (like liquid metal - Collabolatory liquid ultra or Conductonaut by grizzly), clean a cooling system (heatsink radiator etc) eventually stick extra radiator on heat sink. 

after all buy external cooling worth consider

when load 90c is ok but when idle it's dangerous
