Founder StamatisX Posted March 9, 2011 Founder Share Posted March 9, 2011 Wow this game is so addictive... Brian you were right, it is indeed really good, at first I wasn't that excited but after a couple of hours I couldn't press the escape button. Founder Brian Posted March 9, 2011 Founder Share Posted March 9, 2011 Haha I knew you'd love it. The game is one of my all time favorites and I look forward to ME3 more than I do BF3.
Founder StamatisX Posted March 9, 2011 Author Founder Share Posted March 9, 2011 For me, my all time favorites game is Grim Fandago, then it's HalfLife2 and then come all the rest, but yeah ME2 is in the top5 (can very well be #3)
mw86
I had Mass Effect 2 on my system before. Ill have to get it back on when i'm all back up and running. Only made sure it ran amongst 90+ games I loaded on. I'll have to make it my prerogative to play through... It looked simply amazing. mw86
What are your thoughts on Mass Effect 2 those of us that played this game? Any other footage out there ? I only had the chance to play the start of Mass Effect so far.

Ninjahunter
Loved mass effect 2, it was also in my top 3 games. My only gripe was the lack of weapon mods, And luckily their fixing that in mass effect
Ninjahunter
Mass effect 3 is due for march 6th. Im really excited because it fixes the ONLY gripe i had with mass effect 2, the lack of weapon mods. But its still in my tope 3 with worlds in conflict and probably the half life series. Rootdog
I finished Mass Effect 1 on the XBOX360 and have switched to PC for Mass Effect 2. Haven't made it that far and now Mass Effect 3 is out. Should I finish out ME2 first or just skip the play time of ME2 and go directly to ME3?
Founder StamatisX Posted August 4, 2012 Author Founder Share Posted August 4, 2012 ME2 is really good, you should definitely not skip it. On the other hand I am not sure if you gonna like ME3 (due to its ending, DLC though seems to fix it)
freedomofthedarkendheart
Yes that is correct but for you to really enjoy the series you have to go through all three of them! Extra dialogue options and just in general feels more right and less hollow by a new game.

freedomofthedarkendheart
Did you play all the side missions in ME1? It's very important it shows truly how demented Cerberus was, and just in general some good fun.
AlphaMagnum
I made the mistake of starting a new ME2 playthrough shortly before ME3 came out, and I still haven't finished. Unfortunately I refuse to start ME3 without finishing my ME2 playthrough, and I can't find the time (read: it's interesting but not enough to pull me away from other things) to finish ME2. I've had that N7 collector's edition copy of ME3 sitting in my room since the game came out, and I still haven't even opened it. I'm too neurotic for this lol. AlphaMagnum
Watch a YouTube play through video and save yourself time that way. Sent from my GT-N7000 Of which game? Depending on the answer, your comment could be advice to get me moving along to ME3, to skip ME3 altogether! (is it that bad?)

Danteawaken
They did fix the ending a bit with the DLC though.Yeah man....but if you are not a fan of DLC it will suck so hard....I personally think DLC is waste of time/money, the good ending should be included in the game when it's first release:27_003:
