Cotofana_Mortii
Hey guys i already have an unlocked bios and from what i understand it is possible to mod the adapter from dell to work with my machine . I just wanted confirmation and maybe link to a guide or some pics from someone who already did it . I want to know if it's safe and if it does bring any benefit. blooddrunk
I've purchased an MSI GT60 power supply for my GT70. Both are identical in terms of power output set at 180w 9.5amp. The power supply works fine but I was just wondering, is it a coincidence that my 675m fried about a week later or it just got worn out? Tested it with a volt meter, steady at 19v. Bloetschkopf
All GT60 and GT70 and OEM Barebones have the same Power Supply with 180W.Your Problem Comes not from the power Supply, this Nvidia Series have a lot of Problems with burned Chips,Shortcuts and Bluescreens after a While. blooddrunk
Suspected so, thanks. Its the second time the gpu fried. First time I had my stock 670m and laptop just shut down. RMA'd it back to msi and they shoved in a 675m free of charge. Problem is that it has not even been year since the rma and it started to have bluescreens on graphical applications and eventually died. Thanks for the clarification Bloetschkopf!
