Hi

Maybe this is not the place to request this, but maybe someone can help. I just installed a nvidia 880m in a MSI GT70, and the nvidia installer is not detecting the card. I need the modified driver so I can run the installer. Im willing to pay, just need your help with the modified inf driver and the correct driver version to download from nvidia.

Hi!

Just download and flash this vbios: https://www.techinferno.com/index.php?/files/file/5-msi_gtx880m_8004f70007_unlockedrar/

And after that you can use all NVIDIA drivers without modified info file.

How flash your card you can read in attached archive:

I  ordered a laptop from Pc Specialist Defiance II with a Nvidia 970m vga card.

Can i flash this card with  a vbios mod ? or do i need an mxm vbios?

just googeld a bit, think mine is soldered but the card have 6Gb Ram

When you get your laptop, then just open it and see is your card MXM or soldered.

Is there any chance you could mod the Clevo 8970m bios for my m17x r2? i would like to run a crossfire setup and preferably under clocked and under volted for stability. the cards currently work about 20% of the time in crossfire, but also have trouble booting some times, or are just not detected.

Good afternoon,

I was wondering if someone would be able to help me with the below:

I purchased an ASUS G751JT - 970m with GSYNC in November 2015 - I have been trying to get my vBIOS unlocked as I heard there is massive overclocking potential with the 970m 3gb GSYNC especially on this laptop that is known to be good in terms of cooling - but NO luck so far.

If I were to upload my vbios in here would someone be able to unlock it ? (I am only looking for the stock clocks to get them higher than 130mhz+ and also looking for unlocked voltage control...)

Kindly let me know what shall I do to get this done.

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Good morning,

Please see attached file. (saved with nvflash)

It is the stock one. I took out the +135 core clock / +400 memory clock.

Once again not sure if this helps.

This comes from the following configuration:

Asus G751JT, i7-4720HQ, 970m With Gsync (I got it like this, I did not hack my way into getting Gsync)

500 GB SSD + 1TB HD

8G RAM.

Not sure if you need all these details...

Let me know if you need anything else.

Also not sure if this is a thing - but if this works I am willing to donate if you accept donations.

Thanks and have a nice day.

bump

even advice would help, tools other than VBE7?

I'll take anything for tools that will let me mod the bios.
Should I be worried about the 4gb since its a tool designed for a 2gb card? If I just open the vbios with the VBE7 and save the disabled UEFI bios would that be all I need to do? or would I really need to get into the voltages and clock speeds? I have my blind flash usb on standby so if I could just know what to look out for and what are the chances of permanently bricking?

Hello I' wondering if you can help please, firstly thank you for getting me to unleash my 680m which tangles with my brothers 660 Ti fantastic job! here is my BIOS which is at 1.050 volts though would like to try for 1.100 and see what I can get this beast too please if you could do so? Also is it possible to increase the voltage for the memory to 1.5 through a modded VBIOS? If so I would greatly appreciate it, thank you! :)
