svl7
Is wake per wlan even available in the AW systems? Is there such a bios option?
Founder Michael Posted February 12, 2013 Founder Share Posted February 12, 2013 AFAIK the option is there in the bios. I never tried it though and always assumed it only works with LAN

Founder Michael Posted February 12, 2013 Founder Share Posted February 12, 2013 I actually never checked the M14x bios. I only saw that in the M17x and m18x bioses. Just assumed it'd be the same in the m14x.
Quix Omega
Wake on wlan is not supported on the m14x R2 (at least on BIOS A10).You do understand it would drain the battery constantly, right? It would only really make sense if you left it plugged in all the time.

The M14x is my "gaming console" its plugged to my HD Beamer and i control it via my smartphone with Bluetooth. So it would be nice, if I come home, to start the notebook via Phone:) Thanks for you Reply
