Monitors

I tried quiet a few FreeSync (adaptive sync) monitors until i found the right one - here a few impressions of the models I tried (for anyone who's looking for a simliar one maybe interesting).

First one was a AOC G2460VQ6, 24", FullHD, 75Hz, TN Panel. I don' know how it got quite a few good reviews, the brightness and colors are terrible - tried to tweak the settings for a few days until i realized it won't work for me so i returned it. Honestly the worst Monitor in terms of picture quality I've seen so far.

Next one was a ViewSonic VX2457-mhd, same specs as the previous one.  Altogether a solid monitor, felt & looked a bit cheap and the colors a a little "pale" (even after tweaking) guess I would have kept it - but the DP input was DoA so no FreeSync (-_-) so I tried the next one (believe this one was out of stock at the moment).

Third one was a Acer XF240Hbmjdpr, same specs as the other ones but a 144Hz panel - one jump higher in terms of price. I really liked the 144Hz in windows while browsing etc. - so smooth! picture quality was good to. In the end i sold it because there as one major problem: When I was gaming and moved it was like i could see the individual pixels way too good and i could't get used to it (don't know how i should describe it better, but the other ones haven't got this odd behaviour).

Soo the last one, a LG 23MP68VQ-P 23", FullHD, 75Hz, IPS Panel was the one. Very nice colors (yeah I know IPS vs TN but it was really a step up^^) and fast enough for me in case of response times. And on top I love the slim bezel design. Last but not least it was cheaper than the others and I'm really happy I bought it.
