As I said in the first post, it will take a while until the DL is ready on the server.

with this bios i had a big issue, my gtx680 was thottling every time to 4xxMHz (afterburner has no effect) but no problem with original a05. I thought there was no relationship between bios and vbios? can someone try same setting, with and without a05 unlocked?

my system: 3610qm and gtx 680m

I just ran the Windows patcher (be aware, once you've started it, there is no further confirmation whether you want to proceed or not, so you're committed ;)

I have found no difference in GTX680m throttling behaviour between stock A05 and the modified one.

There's a "READ ME" file included with the download. All instructions can be found there.

I just want to say thank you for creating this. I've been looking for one for a while hoping that it would be released.

thanks for your wonderful work again svl7. Say if I'm not using an XM CPU and having no intention of disabling the iGPU in system BIOS, is there any reason I should flash this?

Not sure... there are some interesting options, but I guess most users won't need them.

svl7, i would place a warning for those who have Modded Vbios, that it potentially causes the Bios flash to brick. I have your modded Vbios (900/1300/1.075V) followed your README and my bios bricked. When it automatically restarted fans were at fullspeed with constant beeps for around 10min with LEDS all lit up... Correct me if i'm wrong on this tho, thanks. I'm thinking i might have to pull the GPU before flash...

I recovered using the M17R4.hrd file FYI.

Long2905, i understand that, that is why i am trying to cancel out any other potentials. If it is a possibility for a modded Vbios to cause a Bios flash to go sour, i want to make sure its clarified.

not unless you use it to flash the system bios. otherwise at worst you just have to pull out the GPU and your system should be able to boot as usual.

Yes, it was used to flash system Bios, if i decided to try and flash it again with the Unlocked A05 bios again or any future bios, ill pull GPU and see what happens, again if there are other potentials causing this issue please list them with known facts if possible, as this helps me go about a flash with all bases covered, thanks for the input.

In this thread you can post your requests for Lenovo G580 (20150) and (2189), G480, G780.
If someone wants upgrade Wi-Fi card and remove whitelist, or unlock hidden additional menus and settings in bios setup menu, then you can post your request in this thread.

For prepare unlocked bios you should post your request here and then send me your file backup of bios via PM.  For creating backup of bios use attached program. Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run the program as administrator (right click mouse). Program will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. Send me this archive "results" via PM.
