Overclocking issues on i7 2920XM and MSI GT780

Hi there,

I have an overclocking problem on an i7 2920XM installed on an MSI GT780 with unlocked bios.
First installed on windows 11 then finally on windows 10 as I thought windows was responsible for the problem, I can't overclock this damn processor. When I change the coefficients in the bios, these are not applied under windows.
I tried thrtottlestop also, there I can indeed modify the coefficient of the cpu, but although the new coefficient appears under cpu-z, in fact the cpu never exceeds its original coefficient x35. This frustrates me a little because the CPU limits my GTX 970m a bit in some games, and it would allow me to play in better conditions.
The only thing I could do was mount the ram to 1866 MHz without problems where it is effective in windows. I also tried to remove the MCupdate_genuineintel.dll file from system32 which could cause problems in some cases but still no change.
Does anyone have any ideas on the origin of this problem?

thank you beforehand
