Upgrade clevo P775DM3-G to P775TM1-g

Hi everyone i was wondering if it was possible to upgrade the clevo P775DM3-G to P775TM1-G you know if feasible by buying new motherboard and new heatsink, my idea was to upgrade to i9 9900k and rtx 2080/2070.

 

Motherboard Clevo P775DM3-G

Hello The motherboard and heatsink would work yes the heatsink is a easy DIY job to get the P775DM3 heatsink to fit RTX20** GPU's i can upload pictures tomorrow of how i went about doing it . The Motherbord can be worked around if you are into BIOS flashing

Could you please upload heatsink modification instruction ? Wanna upgrade mine heatsink GTX to RTX
